Un settore dal futuro incerto e, se pur resiliente e combattivo, e\u2019 oramai allo stremo. Per le imprese ristorative il bilancio 2022 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 simile a un bollettino di guerra: in fumo circa il 60% dell\u2019intero fatturato annuo. \u201c<em>Il settore \u00e8 allo stremo \u2013spiega <strong>Pippo Occhipinti, presidente provinciale di Confimprese iblea<\/strong> &#8211; ogni giorno registriamo un crollo del fatturato per la mancanza di clienti. Adesso \u00e8 arrivato il momento di unire le forze con tutte le sigle e le organizzazioni di categoria. E chiedere, con forza, interventi celeri. Siamo affrontando, di fatto, un nuovo lockdown e senza aiuti inizieranno a chiudere le aziende e fioccheranno i licenziamenti\u201d. Parole amare quelle del presidente provinciale di Confimprese che ha il \u201ctermometro\u201d della situazione dei ristoranti in citt\u00e0 e non solo. \u201cLe prenotazioni sono crollate \u2013aggiunge<strong> Occhipinti<\/strong> &#8211; solo pochissimi tavoli a pranzo e a cena. Molti clienti sono rinchiusi a casa con il Covid. Altri, guariti, hanno paura. Ora basta, vogliamo chiarezza e risposte.
